Got the GoPro Hero 3+ black and I love it!

A few weeks ago, I took the plunge and dropped $400 to get the latest GoPro Hero 3+ – Black edition! Cost a few dollars but you get a brilliant little piece of gadgetry! It’s not the fact that it’s a small video camera (there are plenty of those) but it’s the amazing versatility of the thing! With all the mounting options, the creative possibilities are endless!

There were two main reasons to buy the camera: 1) our ski trip to Flagstaff at the end of the year and 2) the upcoming Harley trip in May/June! Should be a great addition to the trip and will hopefully produce unforgettable footage of this epic event!

Just for fun, i played around a little bit with the 240 fps (frames per second) recording that can be achieved when setting the camera to WVGA resolution (Standard Def – 480p). Here is the result:
